Presiding over the induction ceremony, Rev. Dr. Anokye Nkansah, Kumasi District Minister, emphasized the imperative of unity within the conference. He urged the new executives to prioritize the unity of the group and cautioned against the emergence of cliques within the leadership. Rev. Dr. Nkansah added that such divisions are detrimental to the spiritual growth of the church as a whole and could hinder the accomplishment of the conference’s objectives.
Addressing the members directly, he highlighted their responsibility to support the newly elected executives with prayer, good conscience, and respect. He emphasized that “the executives were elected to work on behalf of the members” and thus encouraged everyone to contribute positively to the collective goals of the group.
Rev. Baffour Owusu Gyimah, Presbytery Director of Church Life and Nurture (CLAN), representing the Chairperson, took a moment to applaud the outgoing executives for their dedicated service over the years. Citations were read and presented to honor their valuable contributions, recognizing the impact of their leadership on the growth and success of the conference.
